We guarantee protection in the form of a 12-months guarantee against faulty work or materials in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Materials, products, and hardware (like AC unit or boilers) outsourced by us come with manufacturer guarantees. If you have any questions about a work guarantee or a product warranty, call us. WORKMANSHIP

We provide a 12 months guarantee on workmanship. We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, however, on the rare occasion our work doesn't, we will rectify the issue. Due to the nature of some works or repairs, such as drain blockages, we are unable to provide this 12-month workmanship guarantee. If you have any questions, call us.

MATERIALS

Materials & parts are normally covered by a 3rd party manufacturer’s warranty. When we supply materials, they are usually covered by a manufacturer guarantee. Details on how to make a claim/return should be established when purchasing as part of your statutory rights as consumer.
