Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Continental United States: 5-7 business days, International: 10-14 business days

All of our orders are shipped with UPS or Fedex (in partnership with USPS)

Orders are shipped out next working day after the order's placed. Orders received Friday are shipped Monday, except US postal holidays.

You'll get an email shipping notification with tracking link after your item has shipped.

If the delivery is refused or the delivery address is incorrect we will refund you, less our associated shipping costs, once it has been received back in our fulfillment center.

If the carrier shows the order as delivered and subsequently the package goes missing then the responsibility lies between purchaser and the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items stolen once they have been marked as delivered. Please make sure you have a safe and secure location to receive the package as there is no requirement to sign for it.

Returns policy

It's our policy to give you an unconditional refund for full order value, less shipping charges. 

To get a refund you must return, at your expense (by mail only) all bottles received as your order, whether empty, part empty or full to our fulfillment center within 60 days of the order date together with the following information

1. Order ID

2. Your full name and address (where the shipment was received)

3. Email address and phone number

4. Original packing slip (if available)

You will be issued with a refund after the fulfillment center has received the package together with the above information. You'll receive a credit to the same bank account/card, used to place the order.  This may take up to 3-5 business days, depending on the processing bank. 

International Orders

In order to obtain your full refund you must return all bottles, empty, full or part-full received as your order to our fulfillment center (address below) within 60-days of the order date together with a note inserted with the following information clearly written;

1. Order ID (on the emails you receive)

2. Your full name and address where the shipment was received

3. Email address and phone number

4. Original packing slip (if available)

You'll be issued with a refund after the fulfillment center has received the package and confirmed to us that the conditions above have been met. You will receive a credit to the same bank account/card used to place the order. This may take up to 3-5 business days, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

Customs charges are applied at the carriers discretion. Local laws and customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered as part of the refund
