You have 60 days from date of order to fully explore the benefits of your Puralean supplement. However if during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no questions asked refund.

Before requesting a refund, we ask you to ensure you've given your supplement enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use the supplement for between 3 to 6 months for the best results.

To get a full refund you must return all Puralean supplement bottles as per your order, empty, full or partially full to our fulfilment center within 60 days of the order date. You must include the original packing slip with your return, or include your following details ..

a. BuyGoods Order ID (found in your order receipt)

b. Full Name

c. Full Address where the shipment was received

d. Email Address you ordered with

e. Phone Number so that a member of our fulfilment center staff may process your return.

We do not refund the return shipping costs, these are incurred by the customer, nor do we refund shipping fees or customs charges for orders outside of the US

Once our fulfilment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
